Memorial Day Weekend

We have sadly fallen behind on blogging about our very exciting lives…
My college roommates and I planned a reunion weekend for Memorial Day weekend this year. Since graduating in 2005 and 2006 we’ve done a pretty good job at spreading ourselves out (more 707 love for the world is the way I see it). Eight of us gathered at a log cabin in Brown County, Indiana for a weekend of catching up and reliving roommate memories. I loved every second of it.

While I was with the girls, Ross and Parker were helping to get everything ready for the summer at the lake in Hudson, Indiana. The Chaseys always look forward to his help (aka he has big muscles).
Our weekend away was extended on the front end due to unfortunate circumstances. Ross’s grandmother, Vivian Chasey, passed away the weekend prior. While it was nice to gather with the Chasey family, it was sad to say goodbye to such a beloved member. I didn’t have the pleasure of knowing Grandma Viv too well while she was alive, but I’ve heard plenty of stories to know what a great person she was.
