Finally, the Chasey’s have something to say!
We’re sorry we’ve kept you waiting so long for a new post. This summer has kept us quite busy. Now, I know everyone can say that they’re busy, so it really shouldn’t be our excuse, but I’m going to use it anyway. We’ve been busy.
Typically, we spend a lot of summer weekends traveling to Hudson, Indiana to enjoy Lake of the Woods with the Chasey family. We’ve only done that twice and only blogged about it once (I blame Ross…he was supposed to do the second one.) Like I said, we’ve been busy.
Did you know that buying a house is a process?! Well, it is. And that’s what we’ve been doing. The early months of our summer were spent looking at houses within our beloved Plymouth city limits. We just couldn’t even think about looking elsewhere. We love the atmosphere that Plymouth offers. So, long story short…we think we found one, but as mentioned before it’s been a process. Especially since most houses in Plymouth are OLD and are a house inspector’s playground. Hopefully, we’ll have this whole buying your first house thing wrapped up soon – pictures and potential projects coming soon!
Oh, yeah and there’s one more tiny bit of news we’d like to share with you…we’re pregnant! Say your prayers for a healthy Baby Chasey to arrive on February 5th! We were able to hear the heartbeat today…there is a living thing inside of me! God is so good!

MICHAEL JACKSON CHASEY………or at least……….MICHAEL USHER CHASEY……….gotta love the college days when Ross had Michael posters all over his walls and pulled out a dance move here or there…..
