We bought a house! And today, August 28, we closed the deal. Looking at the picture above you may think that it is brick, but it’s not. Needless to say, we have a few projects to do before moving, and I am sure that you’ll hear about some of them here.

Super cute! I’m confused about the brick comment though. Is it a brick veneer? Or, God forbid, painted on?

Congratulations on your new house, it is great now, but know soon it will be a designer looking place! Many happy memories will be created in this house:)

Thanks for all the comments! Regarding the brick, the house is currently brick veneer, so it is kind of a faux brick, at least for now.

It is beautiful ! What room has the lovely bay window ? The “brick” looks great…. neighbors aren’t too close…front lawn is pretty… tomatoes in the back ? This is so you guys !! What is the walkability factor like ?
